Education

Rachel has a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro. She has all her coursework for a Ph.D. (AB.D. except dissertation) at Florida International University in Psychology (specializing in legal and industrial psych.). She has a B.A.  From Washington University in St. Louis majoring in Psychology.

Awards and Honors

She has received numerous recognitions including a recent award from the Florida. Florida Association for Behavior Analysis (FABA) Community Service Award. She received this award for her dedicated work that makes it possible for Consumers to Maintain Successful lives in the Community. She reduced the behavior problems for 120 residents no occurrences or very low frequencies.

She also, has numerous awards for the quality of her work for the state of Florida in positions in the past such as Quality assurance, State Psychologist and QMRP or Quality Mental Retardation Professional Supervisor. She worked for the State of Florida 24 years and also one of the largest non-profit agencies in Florida (Sunrise) in which she had a caseload of 120 people. in her work for the State of Florida her caseload over the 24 years ranged from 60 to 400. She continues to work in a private practice this year in South Florida. She is an advocate and has a  reputation for stressing outcomes in her private practice. She almost always achieves significant outcomes in  reducing the inappropriate behavior and increasing appropriate behavior in the people she is a provider of  Behavioral Services.
